Original Copy Club

Original Copy Club is a collaboration between Foam Photography Museum Amsterdam and Random Studio. Original Copy Club invites participants to learn about the elements of photography by recreating an original photograph from the Foam collection. After studying the original piece, participants upload their own version and receive professional critical feedback within seconds. The feedback, generated by AI, highlights the subtle differences between the original and the copy. It addresses areas for improvement while also complimenting the participant’s effort, just like the feedback they would receive in a real photography workshop.

Welcome to Original Copy Club. By using our platform, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before uploading your content.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By uploading any images or content to Original Copy Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Content Ownership and Rights

You retain ownership of any images you upload. However, by uploading content, you grant Foam Photography Museum Amsterdam a perpetual license to use, display, and distribute your content for purposes related to Original Copy Club, under the Creative Commons Zero license.

3. User Responsibility

You confirm that you have all the necessary rights and permissions to upload and grant us rights to use your content. You agree not to upload any content that infringes on others copyrights or violates any laws.

4. Content Moderation

Foam Photography Museum Amsterdam reserves the right to review, moderate, or remove any content that violates these Terms and Conditions, is inappropriate, or infringes on others rights.

5. Content Usage

We may use your uploaded content in various ways, including but not limited to promotional materials, social media, website displays, and other marketing activities directly related to Original Copy Club.

6. Termination of Rights

If you request content removal, Foam Photography Museum Amsterdam will cease public use of your content within a reasonable timeframe. However, previous uses (e.g., in social media posts, etc.) may not be retractable. Requests for removal should be addressed to info@foam.org, mentioning Original Copy Club – Removal Request in the subject line.

7. Changes to Terms

Foam Photography Museum Amsterdam may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify users of any significant changes.
